Hello everyone, I have a quick question, I have an MSI Z97 Gaming 7 motherboard and I was wondering If would be able to take out the red "dragon claw" heatsinks and plasti dip them, as well as the bottom heat sink (I don't know what its called exactly), I only want to paint the red accents. Another question, If I remove the bottom heat sink, Will I have to replace any thermal pads/compound when I re-apply the heat sink after painting? Will the plastidip work for what I want to achieve? I will post photos of the areas I want to paint below.
