the thing is i have an all in one, and im not an adult so i dont have a high budget, so what should i buy?
Also is there any good overclocking software for free because amd overdrive doesent work and i have 1.8 ghz, also i got this computer this christmas so i dont understand why its specs are old

you can't overclock either the specs are old simply because the manufacturers put cheap inexpensive parts then sell it for 500$
next time just build your own and you will have a way better pc
