amd athlon ii x4 635 can support GTX 660 ?

My current spec is
amd athlon ii x4 635 2.90 Ghz
Gtx 240
2gb ram
mainboard Acer FRS780M

I thinking for upgrade my pc with Gtx 660 and add 8 gb ram.
so its will suitable for my pc ? and my cpu will bottleneck when i have upgraded with this spec ?

what's your psu model and how old is it?
edit: overclocking on your motherboard is a bad idea i think...

if i'm reading that right, 250W of power will not be enough for a gtx 660. you will need to upgrade the psu as well.

edit: something over 500W antec/seasonic/evga/xfx would work great. is it a normal sized atx psu or a small one?

the cpu supports it either way. problem is on a 250W psu the graphics card won't work (needs at least 450W)
