Hello Guys
I have asked many questions regarding AMD side.
Now I want to know about Intel Side.
What are the motherboards (especially ASUS) can overclock both these CPU at their Max.
If possible suggest Best Air cooler Companies with Brands as well as Better Sealed Water Cooling Companies too.
Thank you all.

Power phases help, but it's likely not the limiting factor unless it's a really low end board. As for the asrock z97 oc formula, if it's advertising 12 power phases then it's likely using a doubler since I believe it only uses 6 true power phases and they're analog/digital hybrid. The gigabyte z97x gaming g1 has 8 true power phases, all digital same as the maximus vii hero. The gigabyte z97x gaming 5 and 7 both have 8 true digital power phases as well (the micro atx gaming 5 only has 4).

Like Zerk2012 said and like I mentioned when I answered the other thread asking this same question, cpu lottery will affect overclocking potential before the motherboard will in 99.9% of the cases. Most z97 mobo's outside of the extreme bottom of the...

They are none you can buy a 130 buck motherboard and get so cloce to a 300 buck board it's not worth double the price to squeeze out a extra 0.2 overclock. Your going to hit a thermal limite first to make a differance and depends a lot on your luck of the draw in the CPU lottery.
The main to look for is the 8 phase on the power delivery.
I would look at the GB GAZ97X UD3H BK very good board with the highest quality components.
I never buy or recomend Asus their not the same brand they were at one time. Lower priced boards use lower quality parts then you can get at the same price range and the ROG boards are way overpriced for what you get.
Cooling is easy custome water, H110i, or coolermaster V8

So do you mean that Low Priced ASUS Mobo have Low Quality Component, and I can get More in GB Motherboards at the same price?
High Price=High Quality=Asus
Lower Price=High Quality=Gigabyte.

Most z97 mobo's outside of the extreme bottom of the barrel will support max overclocking for the chip just fine, max in terms of everyday use since as I mentioned in the previous thread, it doesn't look like the op is looking to use copper pots and ln2.
