I have a Polaroid Series 3 smart TV and recently it stopped connecting to my wife for some reason, I can still see the option to connect to my router but when I enter my WiFi key it says "connecting" for about 30 seconds then doesn't connect... At first I thought it was The TV so took it back to the shop as it was still within the warranty, the shop gave me a new one but the same problem is happening with this one so I am wondering if my router may be blocking it somehow? I have a BT home hub 3, any advice would be greatly appreciated. Just to confirm the TV used to work with the exact same home hub and as far as I'm aware I have not changed any settings etc on the router. Thanks.

Try unplugging the HH, wait 10 seconds, then plug it back in.
Now wait until the HH shows the "ready" light before trying to connect your TV to it.

Please note that early versions of HH3 still had some nagging wireless issues so if the problem continues I would contact BT and ask then to exchange it for a HH4 (that's the current model for DSL internet).

I got so so fed up with wireless and general reliability issues with every version of the HH so I ordered a Netgear Router from Amazon and threw the HH in the bin. never had cause to regret it. You can't expect great quality from a BT freebie.
