Good cpu and psu for a AMD Radeon HD 5450?

My specs are ddr3 8 gb ram,xfx Radeon HD 5450 ddr3 and processor kinda old Intel celeron 450 @2.20 ghz and psu idk how to check but it's as old as the cpu... So I needed to know which cpu and psu to replace mine with so as to not bottleneck the graphics card and required power for the ram gpu and cpu in the psu... Running this system for some years now and no problem with anything I guess only had to replace my old motherboard, sadly it supports only LGA775 chipset..so kindly please advice... Thank you

Cant afford a new board because need to buy other stuff too :/ i use it for mostly gaming and sometimes video editing n rarely cinema 4d but that runs fine just need to replace my single core cpu with a good one, running Windows 8.1 and right now ac4 with 10-20 fps maybe with low settings, runnable.. Budget can b adjusted.. But cant waste on a new motherboard still have warranty of this new one..

lol yeah i upgraded most of it in these past months tho....now i got corsair vs450 psu ,intel core 2 duo e8400 3.00 ghz processor[still old but couldn't afford a new mb..so bought this refurbished processor :D ] and vapor x hd 7770 ghz edition graphics card..i guess d processor myt still bottleneck it but idk how that can be seen in gaming...
