What hardware i must buy to my PC will run games on high-ultra setting

P.S. My screen resolution 1280x720
P.P.S. And what hardware will be equal PS4 hardware

My PC now:
Intel Core i5-3470 (3.2Ghz)
6GB RAM (DDR3/1333Mhz/CL9)
Gigabyte HD 7750 1GB GDDR5 (overlocked to HD 7770)

You need to upgrade the video card definitely, and it wouldn't hurt to upgrade your RAM either. What is your budget? Your CPU is fine, should last you a couple years more at the minimum.

This. CPU is great, ram is just about OK, graphics card needs an upgrade.

The R9 270 is roughly the same as PS4 graphics.

As said above, your cpu and memory are ok. Its the gpu thats slowing you down. At 720p resolution, Gtx 960 is a good upgrade with little power requirement.

GTX 960 would be more than enough for 720. Even a r9 270 would be cheaper as just as capable at that res if you wanted to spend less.

What psu do you have. Make, model, size. Without that info a gpu is useless, unless you plan to upgrade/replace the psu anyways.

It's an OEM Sirtec with 36a on the two +12v rails. Not the worst PSU out there, it should be enough for a 150w GPU like the r9 270 or gtx 960

If that info is good, a gtx960 would be the best performance, although a 270x would be cheaper and at 720p, either will be close to max in many games.
