Windows 8.1 64 bit Professional
Gigabyte GA-Z97X-UD3H Motherboard
i7 -4790 3.6GHz processor
nVidia GTX 770 graphics card
16GB corsair RAM, DDR3
232 GB SAMSUNG SSD
1TB Secondary hard drive

This is my system. I have cable internet D/L 33MBs. All has been good until recently. Any browser I use takes about 5 seconds to download any new page. I did a speed test and ping and speed are OK. I have turned off Hardware Acceleration in the browsers but it didnt make much difference. I ran malwarebytes, found nothing. Also did a System File Check, all good.

The system boots OK, all other apps/games run well. Downloads are quick.

I have heard there compatability are issues with the i7 CPU and Win 8.1. I have had/resolved issues with Flash already. Any ideas/suggestions?

Yes, same in all browsers.
Internet Explorer
Firefox
Chrome, all installed on the SSD
Fixed DHCP
DNS - Auto
Only browser addon is Adblock on Firefox

Thought DNS was fixed, surprised it was auto. Could be that.

Launch the operating system in safe mode with networking and see if the problem is the same.
If the problem is solved, it's software related (most likely 3rd party).
If the issue is still happening in safe mode, it's likely an issue with your ISP or router.
