I will buy GTX 980 and power supply (seasonic 620 watt or cougar 700 watt )

but I have motherboard Fujitsu esprimo p400 with micro ATX form factor and PCI-Express 2.0 x16 1 x (210 mm)

1- Is that motherboard is suitable and can stand the power
2- Is the slot suitable for GTX 980

Yes, and yes.

The motherboard will only draw the power it requires. So if it only needed, say 50 Watts, and you plugged a 10,000 Watt PSU into it, it would still only draw 50 Watts.

As you've said, it has a PCI-e 2.0 x16, so your graphics card will just slot in.
