As the title suggests, I'm unable to overclock. I'm taking this guide as reference

I am unable to do the first step where you need to change the CPU Ratio. I cant change it. Its set to auto and when I try to change it, it wont change. I click on enter but nothing happens. Its as if the cpu ratio option is greyed out.
Can you suggest what I should do?
