Need help with MBD-X10SRA Supermicro motherboard. I can't see any video only that I got so far was 1 long beep endlessly repeating or 5 short beeps one long

My RAM is 1x32GB SAMSUNG ECC LOAD REDUCED DDR4 4Rx4 2133MHz PC4-17000 LRDIMM | M386A4G40DM0-CPB

I just got computer parts today. Do I need to update BIOS so motherboard could recognize this RAM or am I doing something wrong?

Solution
According to the user manual for your motherboard, the 5 short/1 long beep is a memory error, specifically that the system doesn't detect any memory. If you have any other DDR4 RAM around, try using that to see if you have a bad RAM stick. I pulled this from user manual:

Memory Errors
1.
Make sure that the DIMM modules are properly installed and fully seated in
the slots.
2.
You should be using unbuffered Non-ECC DDR4 memory recommended by
the manufacturer. Also, it is recommended that you use the memory modules
of the same type and speed for all DIMMs in the system. Do not use memory
modules of different sizes, different speeds and different types on the same
motherboard.
3.
Check for bad DIMM modules or slots by swapping modules...

Check for bad DIMM modules or slots by swapping modules between slots to
see if you can locate the faulty ones.
4.
Check the switch of 115V/230V power supply.

Agreed it says that, but its is wierd that on page 2-10 of the same manual it says you can have up to 256GB of Registered ECC Ram upmto 2133Mhz??? [but goes on to say if you have a i7Core Intel then its is limited to 64GB?, and that must be ECC/NonECC but unbufferred ( thats not registered ) ?
Likewise a bunch of Memory configurators all come back with Registered ECC DDR4 2133 Mhz???
No what domI buy tomrun an E5 1650 Ver 3?
