If you do what McHenryB suggests make sure that you make the new account an Administrator FIRST!
There are several articles on how to change the user name of a profile, just do a search. If you delete the profile you will likely also want to delete the .DMG archive that gets created after deletion. (This is why it takes so long to delete a profile, just let it run until it finishes).
