Sabertooth with an FX-8320 PCI Lanes

I currently have this build:

I was wondering if all of those lanes are used as pci x16 or not due to the processor. I ask this because of something I saw on reddit: http://www.reddit.com/r/buildapc/comments/2yi8lo/build_complete_2011v3_microatx_sli/cp9sky7

Unless that is just an Intel thing.

For AMD FX series cpu, the answer is not due to the processor. There is no IGP embedded into the FX processor, so the Northbridge chip primarily functions as a controller for the fx processor. But intel cpu, like 5930k, it has the its own on-die PCI Express controller.
