They both have my requirements:
The same resolution. (1080p)
The same response time. (4-6 ms)
Both LED and IPS
Both support HDMI.
(I can only find the refresh rate of the H226HQL which is 60Hz, but I assume the others are 60Hz as well. I hope so.)

The only difference I can find is their physical characteristics between two of them to the other one.

Solution
G227HQL Differences, from what I can see:
- Doesn't support DVI like H226HQL
- Smaller screen size compared to the G237HL bi but not by too much
- Has a refresh rate of 60 hz, same as the H226HQL

H226HQL Differences:
- Supports DVI unlike the other two
- 60 hz
- Smaller screen size than the G237HL bi

G237HL bi Differences:
- Bigger screen size
- Slowest response time of them all
- 50 - 75 hz, less blur than the rest of the monitors

After the 5 ms, the human eye won't notice much of a difference for the response time. But that is only for some, I can't speak for all. Other than that, I can't find anything else. Personally, I would get the G227HQL.
