When should we expect AMD GPU and CPU release and features?

I was thinking about all the rumors about the AMD 390X and Nvidia GeForce GTX 980Ti wonder about their release date.

That made me also think about the new Gaming APU and CPU releases.

Are they working on it? Are any specs or technologies known? Will the new CPU support DDR4? Should we expect hyper-threading? Less Wattage/Heat?
When should we also expect a new Intel Gaming Processor?

AMD are expected to release new CPU's and GPU's in Q2 (second financial quarter) of this year. That should mean the 3xxx series And probably some high end APU's and maybe additions to the 8xxx series and 9xxx series CPU's.
As far as the 980ti goes... They usually give the standard cards a good run to see how they over-clock comfortably ... the Ti versions are simply a factory overclock so they like to test stability in the market before sending them out over-clocked so they don't get too many RMA's.
