Hey!
So my CPU have some kind of problem that it's performance drops from 3.1Ghz to 1.4Ghz and makes gaming annoying. I have explored some of this problem by myself, but I'm not 100% sure.
So all this happens like this:
When playing game (like arma 3) I have fps ~30-40 and temperatures under 55C. When my CPU's performance drops from 3.1Ghz, every core goes to 1.4Ghz and fps drops to ~10. At the same time when CPU's performance drops my CPU cools itself to ~30C and then starts working back normal. These performance drops are like 5-10 second long.
CPU's and motherboard's drivers are up to date. AMD's Cool 'n' Quiet is Disabled from BIOS. Is there some settings in BIOS that is limiting my CPU's temperature and then wants to cool it automaticly ?
