Cant start computer after trying to reinstall windows, help

Hi.
I earlier asked how to install windows om my new SSD drive at the store forum.
Now I have followed the advice i got with that unfortunally happening that my pc wont start. It turns on for 30 sec max. nothing happening on screen. I have a dvd with an iso file to reinstall windows in it, but it wont boot from there.
I dont know what to do to get my pc alive again.

Is your SSD the only hardware you changed before installing Windows?

I installed a new graphics card last week, but it have worked fine since. It was only after I installed the ssd, and tried to reinstall.

I would attempt it again. Might be as simple as a buggy install.

Wait a second, you said you has a dvd and ISO to install, but it wouldn't boot. What DID you do? USB?

Yes, I followed this link: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-CA/windows-8/create-reset-refresh-media
made the file and burned it to a dvd. then i restarted to enter the boot menu. when i got to the screen where to press a key, it froze for 2 mins and shut down. i tried to start it, but it only turned on for 30 sec without anything happening on the screen.

No, I never made it that far, not even to the install screen.
