New System Build for Budget Gaming/Programming Purposes

Hey guys, I'm trying to build a new pc at the end of April. I'm from the Philippines. Here's my build,

Intel Build
Motherboard: ASROCK H81M-VG4 MOTHERBOARD
Processor: Core i5 4460
PSU: GIGABYTE GE-E570A-C3
Casing: GIGABYTE GZ-ZE2
Memory Card: CORSAIR 4GB DDR3
Hard Disk: Seagate 500GB 7200RPM
Video Card: ???

AMD Build
Motherboard: ASROCK FM2A55M-VG3 motherboard
Processor: AMD A8-6600K
PSU: GIGABYTE GE-E570A-C3
Casing: GIGABYTE GZ-ZE2
Memory Card: CORSAIR 4GB DDR3
Hard Disk: Seagate 500GB 7200RPM
Video Card: ??

I haven't decided what video card to buy, but I'm planning to use PowerColor TurboDuo 7790.

My budget is around 17000Php (370USD) . I'm not really fun of heavy gaming, I only played some online games like Aura Kingdom, Eden Eternal, Ragnarok 2. I'm more into programming but i don't have that much budget. I would appreciate much if you can give me advice on my build and what is much better considering my budget and what video card is the best for this.

If you're on a budget, go with AMD but get the fx 6300 instead of A8 and at least gtx 750 ti for gpu.

I've checked the review of Vishera AMD FX-6300 . it seems that core I3-4160 is much better than AMD FX-6300. should i pick the core i3 instead of fx-6300?

I recommended fx 6300 because you're on a budget but for $15 more you can get i3 4130. It all depends if your programming software needs more cores. Gaming alone i3 is better option.

I see . Well in my case here in the Philippines . Intel Core-i3 is cheaper than fx6300 . i'll try a build based on the FX-6300 and I'll post it here for advice. Thank you for your response Sir.

fx 6300 and 13 4130 are trading blows, depends which game. But if i3 is cheaper, i advice to go that path. Why? 1150 socket offers more upgrade path than fx 6300's am3+. In the future you can upgrade to i5 or i7, with am3+ your options are 83xx series. So for me go with i3 if its cheaper in philippines. Heres a link to help you

hmmm Okay, then i'll go with the core i3 . what about the video card sir? is it okay to use one of this video card with Core i3 and what is the best choice among these video card?

-ASUS HD7790 1GB GDDR5 128BIT (HD7790-DC2OC-1GD5) video card

I don't know what is the best video card in the list .

The fastest among the cards is HD7850 1GB GDDR5 256BIT. If you can get a 2gb better as new games require at least 2gb for higher texture. And can you tell me what other option you have for the psu in the same price range. Gigabyte psu's are not good quality.
