Ok so i recently discovered my refurbished cx500 is crap and it died, and i have no interest in rma'ing it and im going to buy a new psu so i might as well get a cooler with it and my 6300 on stock cooling is too loud like it literally is a jet engine.
Any recommendation for a quiet affordable fan? Or just get a g3258 and mobo and just use the intel stock cooler (since it should be quieter)and sell the other parts. and since I am here what affordable psu will work for a 6300 and R7 265 Dual-X My Case is http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811353050 So i need it to be modular or semi modular at least and it has to fit becasue the last one didnt into the mount.

The [awwwk!] Hyper212 EVO [awwwk!] isn't a bad cooler, but it's a bang/buck Loser. Especially if you're trying to scrounge money for a PSU, see http://www.tomshardware.com/faq/id-2478892/alternatives-hyper-212-evo-budget-cooling.html for alternatives, most of which are notably cheaper yet offer similar performance.
The Rosewill Stallion is an older, inefficient design, although it does have active PFC. A much better choice would be an EVGA B2, G2, or GS, or a Rosewill Capstone.
