im looking for the best looking with a side panel, usb 3.0, water cooling capability, one that supports large gpu (310+mm) and a 150mm cpu heatsink. also blue pre installed fans are desired

personally i would go with this one. i have the regular ostrog and its a great case. yeah sure its not as sturdy as other cases, but the customer support that enermax is great. i lost my drive bracket mounts and they sent me a whole new box of screws and ties and drive brackets (the one that comes inside the case) for free. also it looks pretty cool to me.

or here is the new iVektor case. its really cool. and it has everything you asked for. and the outside has this cool rubber coating. its sexy.
