These are inexpensive phones, so not surprising they are not build so solidly. I have Lumia 635 so I know all about it.
Try rebooting the phone. Can also try pulling the battery and rebooting. Finally see if there are any updates to the OS.
If none of this works, than it is a hardware issue, and see if it is under warranty, or plan for an upgrade.
