OK while on my PC the screen froze and let out a loud screeching noise from my pc. After doing a hard reset it let out a one long and two short beeps. After doing some research on this site I tried removing the graphics card and the memory cards and resetting them. Still beeps. I have a gtx 760 and the motherboard is an Asus sabertooth for AMD so it doesn't have have an integrated graphics card. Anybody have any ideas, I really don't want to have to rebuild my PC.

It could be faulty RAM in which case reseating it wouldn't fix the problem. New RAM required.

Check your motherboard manual for BIOS Beep Codes (probably under "Starting up for the first time". I agree with Phillip that it's likely a RAM issue, but it doesn't hurt to make sure.

You can try connecting the RAM stick to another slot. If the issue persists, then I guess it is a faulty RAM as the other guys suggested.
