Hi! I don't know why, but when I download files and click to start the installer, nothing happens. I managed to get into the C\Users\*USERNAME*\Downloads, and I found that the file was blocked or something like that because it was downloaded on another account (in properties of the file I was trying to open), and I clicked remove block. So I was trying to download uTorrent (LEGAL DOWNLOADS, NOT PIRATED FILES) and I managed to open it after I removed the block, but when I clicked start download it just closed? I tried to download a VPN and when I clicked download it got stuck at the beginning of the download. I find my PC a little bit slower too. It might be a virus, because I could download a Malware remover. I have runned a lot of security scans, but nothing. I resetted my PC (all files deleted) about a week ago (week ago), because it was slow for some reason, and I think it might be starting again. Went into the download folder again and right clicked the white space, and changed a setting to something like optimize for general files. No improvements, and my FPS is lower in some Games too. Come on, I don't want to reset it again!
So my Questions are:
1. How can I fix that the files doesn't appear as blocked and downloaded from another account every single time?
2. How can I fix my problem described up there?
3. Like every 30 minutes I have to restart my PC, because I can't open any files.. When I click to open Google Chrome for example nothing happens, but when I restart it's fixed.
4. Checked all processes running, and no malicious things going on. So I don't think there are any viruses, I've only downloaded safe files.. Please help, this is so damn annoying!
