I have a motherboard that doesnt have 3.0 headers and i need to get my front panel usbs working to use my drawing tablet.

Any reccomended products?

So your front panel has USB 3.0 but your board does not? If your board has USB 2.0 header you can use something like this: http://silverstonetek.com/product.php?pid=388&area=en

Just plug your front panel 3.0 connector to that, and then that cable to the 2.0 pin header on your board.
