I recently bought a used dell n7110 and I want to format hdd and reinstall windows 7 and office 2010 professiona plus it has.
I know I can see windows 7 product key on bottom of laptop but what about office 2010 key before I format? I checked jelly bean key finder and it gave me keys for both win 7 and office 2010.
While I dont know about office 2010 ...but win 7 is different than that is on bottom of laptop ...so I chat with ms tech support and gave them both keys ...he said on bottom of laptop key is genuine but the one jelly bean gave is blocked so I am not sure if jelly bean can be trusted.
so what is the reliable way to extract office 2010 product key so I dont have problem reinstalling after format.
Oh...where can I find install medial for office 2010 professional plus?

Off-the-shelf PCs typically have a built-in recovery process which reinstalls the OS and default programs for you. If Office 2010 is part of those default programs (which I highly doubt) then you won't need the product key.

If Office 2010 was installed by the previous owner then you have no right to the license key. Although the retail license is on a "per-device" basis, that still doesn't make you the owner of the license.

What you want is a software called magical jelly bean.

Now there is likely a recovery partition on the computer like bicycle repair man said.

Download magical jellybean, write down the office key (and full version).
Run the recovery partition and if office 2010 is not there then you can redownload it and install with the product key you wrote down.

After re-reading your post, I'm now convinced that you're up to no good.

Essentially what you're asking for is installation media and a way to extract a license key. Now, if you had one but not the other, that would be different, but it sounds like you're trying to bag yourself a copy of licensed software that you aren't entitled to.

No your assumption is wrong....before I format I want to make sure that key jelly bean finder ave is reliable?? and yes I don't have installation medial for office 2010 professional plus so without that I can not reinstall it...so where can I download it? (yes unlicensed version where I can insert product key I would extract from current installation)

You can try Product Key Finder programs available free to download.
For e.g. you can try Softkey Revealer (http://download.cnet.com/Softkey-Revealer/3000-20432_4-75123256.html) or SIW Portable (http://download.cnet.com/SIW-Portable/3000-2094_4-75449686.html)
