Gtx 960 is a good graphics card for that price, and if you are willing to go with $350 you can get the gtx 970, which is really worth it. Although, i'll meed more info to help you out. What are your specs? Power supply? Motherboard CPU and Case? Also, what games do you plan on playing.

If your budget has a little room, R9 290, 290x GTX 970 will fall in the $300-$340 range.

Us, then 970 is good. If you can give some bucks more for GTX 970 then it is recommended. For GTX 970, I will recommend this one:
