Hey guys,

My pc is getting old. currently I have a premade pc from a store that got this one together (i7 2600k, had 8 gb of ram but I put new in;16gb, gtx 670 etc)

I'm planning to buy a new one late 2015 or in 2016 if my pc is still doing it's job, more or less. And I have a budget of around 1600-1800 euro. I am planning on re-utilizing my recently bought 16 RAM and 250 gb samsung ssd. all the rest will have to be new. (Or would you suggest going ALL new?)

So yea, throw something at me.

P.S I know there is new stuff comming in 2 months or so, so I will probably pick up some of that, depends ofc.

Thx guys!

I would see what the new AMD cards turn out to be before deciding on a new GPU. Keep your HDD/SSD/RAM and PSU depending on quality. I would personally go the intel i54690k route (unless there is a better option at the time) no need for the i7 in gaming.

For that budget I would probably get a new PSU, case, mobo, CPU and SLI some GPUs. Would be a nice system. Could also look at 1440p monitors :)

Hello, this is the build I am going to submit. If you convert the dollars to euros it will be around 1840. I have put 2x980's in there, but you will only need one if you have a 1080p 60hz monitor.

Matt dobe is right I would wait to see which of the gpu's perform better AMD or nvidia. Currently dx12 is leaning towards AMD. I would recommend getting a z170 build. There is no such thing as a future proof build. You can spend 3k+ on a godly pc that will last you a good 5 years and you'll waste another 3k. Only thing you can future proof a bit is the gpu. With your budget I'd get a fury x, 980ti or a Titan. Currently not all games support sli so I wouldn't recommend getting a build specifically for sli. Keep your ssd and ram if it supports the z170 build as it can use either ddr4 or ddr3 and get an i5 6600k and OC it to around 4.5

Go for fastest CPU available within your budget. Core i7 is up to 4ghz quad core. Get geforce card newer ones. Ram I am thinking about 8gb. All latest graphics cards got like 128 cores
Go for likee 4gb at least on graphics that is latest.
