Does anyone have a solution for this? Laptop is clean...had virus in the past. It shows Open and Save buttons when I download anything, but, on click nothing happens. Cant download anything so cant even install Fire Fox or Chrome or anything else....any help appreciated. I have tried IE advanced settings and even done Reset without success.
I have run Malaware Bytes, Search and Destroy, Virus scan - with latest updates and PC is cleaned. PC is up-to-date with latest updates.
I am also running IE as "administrator", all add-ons disabled except Shockwave Flash Object and Microsoft add-ons.
I had tried using Chrome and I could download ok until Chrome.exe disappeared (not sure, but, probably when I ran multiple Malaware and anti virus software). I am thinking to use Flash drive to reinstall IE/Chrome/FireFox.
Any suggestions would be great if someone struggled with same issue.
