I just finished building a computer with these parts yesterday:

Intel Core i7-920
Dell DX58M01
Elpida 4x1GB RAM
Asus GeForce GTX 750 Ti
EVGA 600B PSU
Cooler Master N200 Micro-ATX Mini Tower

I took the processor, motherboard, RAM, and CPU cooler from an old Dell Studio XPS 435M which I believe worked before I took it apart.
My problem is, there's a solid orange light on the motherboard right under the RAM (it says D27 beside the LED). The computer won't boot at all. Power button doesn't seem to do anything, the fans don't spin, there's no noise. The orange light just stays.

I tried removing some RAM sticks and that's not the problem, the PSU works because it's clearly powering the GPU as it has a green light on it, I'm really tired and my head hurts so I'm going to end this here. Thanks for reading.

Motherboard is dead, confirmed. I guess my computer will collect dust for a year.
