I had updated BIOS 1.60 to new 1.72 version. After rebooting, cpu temperature raise about 30'C. When idle about 67'C, when loaded about 100'C. So i had rollbacked bios to 1.60 and temperature became normal. When idle about 34'C, when load about 67'C. I tested this twice and had the same result. What is the problem? Did any one has got the same situation?

My suggestion - sensors not reporting properly. I don't think they are reporting properly with bios v1.60 either, and I won't be updating until I see reports that it is fixed.
Also, I would like to see the cold boot bug fixed with this mobo before I update the bios again.
