So a few months ago I got all the parts I needed to build a brand new gaming computer. I had a bit of trouble installing the drivers initially, but nothing too major. After that I installed a few games and started playing. Everything was running smoothly at first, but then I started having problems that I now know many people are having. My game would crash and at the same time green artifacts would appear all over my screen. At first it only seemed to happen while playing a game. Now, though, it's gotten to the point where my computer will be idle, displaying only the desktop, and the problem will occasionally arise. Most of the time I have to hold the power button to shut down my computer, which I hate doing, but it's all that works. Sometimes when I start my computer back up, there will be red artifacts all over the screen. I've tried quite a few fixes for this problem, including:

1. Updating motherboard chipset drivers.
2. Rolling back graphics drivers.
3. Updating graphics drivers.
4. Doing a clean install and only selecting the drivers.
5. Making sure my RAM clock speed was where it should be.
6. Lowering my clock and memory clock speeds.

I don't believe it's a heat issue, because I've checked the temperatures with GPU Tweak and have never seen them above 60 or so. I've done more than what I listed above, but that's all I can think of right now. So, now, my computer:

Graphics: Asus GeForce GTX 780Ti OC
Mobo: Asus M5A97 LE R2.0
PSU: Corsair CS750M
RAM: G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 1866MHz
CPU: AMD FX-6300

If I need to provide any more info, just let me know. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Update: A lot of people are suggesting I RMA the card. Some think it's the PSU. Anyone agree/disagree with this? If so, which would be the most likely culprit?

Update 2: I'm going to RMA and play with my old GT 610. No problems so far with it.

I may be able to borrow a PSU/GPU from a friend. I also have a fairly old GeForce card that was in my old computer. It was fairly weak, although at the moment I don't remember exactly what it was. Would this card be able to give me an idea of whether or not the problem is my card even though it's so much weaker?
