I just redid my PC entirely. Now on this new PC I get this weird sound issue. About one week after I install my Xonar DFX driver, something weird happens. When I lower the volume, only the left channel lowers. The right channel is maxed constantly. It's solved be reinstall the Xonar DGX driver.

I used what I think was a different Xonar Driver --- found here http://maxedtech.com/asus-xonar-unified-drivers/ --- problem persisted
I change volume via a complicated set up with Razer Synpase and Volumouse. However the problem persists when I chagne volume via windows explorer.
Obviously I'd prefer to fix the problem instead of having to reinstall drivers

I think I provided all my specs in the tittle.

If anyone can help, i'd be super grateful.

The creater of Xonar Switch said this to me ---

-----------------

I don’t really have any useful idea about what could cause this problem. It seems a bit too common to be hardware. The only suggestion I can give is to make sure your motherboard BIOS is up-to-date. Buggy BIOSes can cause PCs to do the weirdest things with add-on cards

------------------

I haven't installed in drivers for bios settings or anything. I only installed about 5 drivers total (chipset, rapid start, lan) i never installed onboard audio. I'm ocd and i hate unessary pc clutter.
