Is this a good build for the price, will it be able to be overclocked, can I play skyrim, minecraft, maybe some newer games, and should it be able to be put together easy? Thanks for any help. It's my first build and I want to do it right. And what about coolant?

Solution
Yes it is just about the best you can do for $600ish. No it will not overclock, but you won't need to. It will be very good at gaming.
