whenever i open amd catalyst control center i get this message"AMD catalyst control cannot be started.There are currently no settings that can be configured using AMD Catalyst control center."
What would be the possible cause of this problem?Is it faulty graphics card?I had downloaded the latest driver from the net 2 times after i saw this problem.Then also it is not working.please suggest some solution.I installed catalyst 13.4 and it runs and opens smoothly but when I install catalyst 14.9 or 14.12 it gets installed but on opening it ,it displays the same message.before i formatted my system all the catalyst were working fine but after formatting the system they are not working properly.
