Hey guys, I was ready to purchase this build:

However, I did a bit of research and now I am conflicted. I learned that a GTX960 4GB is getting ready to be sold. Should I wait to out and purchase it instead? Will the performance gap be of any notice?
Correct me if i am wrong but I don't think 2GB will make much of a difference except for higher def. textures so I was thinking if i should instead purchase a i3 with a GTX970? Will this be worse? Will it bottleneck?
Should I just go with i5 and a radeon R9 280x?
Sorry for all the questions but i really want to make sure I make the right purchase with the most longetivity and worth money wise. Is there any parts in my build that you would change as well? Thanks for your time and input.
