which external hard drive should I buy?

hello everyone
my budget is 4500 INR(maybe 5000)
I want to buy a hard disk with great features and quality
so which one is good and why ?
I want three things to be good in that drive
1. good transfer speed (in usb 2.0)
2.lightweight and sleek design
3.reliable for a long time
so please help me anyone

In case you decide to go with WD, you can check WD Elements and WD My Passport out: http://products.wdc.com/support/kb.ashx?id=ukYGbz

Both models:
1. Have USB 3.0/USB 2.0 interface
2. Have sleek design.
3. Every new drive should be reliable. Though, I would not advise you to keep your important data on only one storage device. Also, it may be a good idea to test the drive from time to time with a brand specific testing tool. The results may show you when the drive's condition starts deteriorating.

It may be a good idea to wait for some more drive suggestions. :)

The main difference between WD Elements and WD My Book is the fact that WD My Book has some additional backup software tools(WD SmartWare Pro) while WD Elements has only a trial version. Also, WD My Books has hardware and software data encryption while WD Elements has not.
They are both good external drives. Though, you will not really experience any transfer speed difference between these two.
