First time builder, looking for GPU and CPU opinions

I'm building a PC, and I was looking for a good CPU & GPU that will support Adobe design and video apps, cinema 4d, sketch up pro, and some light gaming. This is my current idea, but I'm not sure if the CPU & GPU can support that. The focus is on the graphic design, not the gaming.

Solution
Yeah, looks good, but you can't overclock on a H97 Motherboard, so you may as well get the i5 4440. I'd also recommend getting a smaller PSU.
