Intel Rapid Start Technology Manager error

I recently replaced my HDD with SSD and added more memory to my Asus S400CA laptop. Every time I boot I now receive Intel Rapid Start Technology Manager error "Your system does not appear to have Intel Rapid Start Technology enabled.". The laptop has a small mSATA drive for fast booting. With the SSD, I really don't care if it utilizes the mSATA drive for booting anymore. I've tried uninstalling Intel Rapid Start Technology, disabling selected Intel services in msconfig and startup programs, and even re-installing the drivers... still get the error.

How do I make the errors stop? Running Windows 8.1

Thanks

Thanks for the link, though this does not work for my issue. No IRST options in BIOS, no listing in control panel. Are there other solutions?

Thanks

I'm still having this issue. Do you know of any other solutions? Thanks

Do you have a Hybernation or memory store Partition setup on your new SSD? RST requires a partitioned area on your boot up SSD to use for dumping your ram to.

Googling around, here is one of several articles on setting up your SSD to use Rapid Start Technology

If you do have a partitioned area, is it the same size as your ram? I have heard of people getting the same message after adding more ram to their system but not updating the partition size to match.
