i5 4460 + r9 270 vs. i3 4130 + gtx 960

First off, im not entirely sure this is the right place to be posting, but anyway: because of budget restraints im torn between two options. The only really intensive games i play are battlefield 4 and skyrim but i want to play metro, and gta V when it comes out. So should i go with the better processor and slightly worse gpu or the lackluster processor with the better gpu? Also i should mention i play at 1680x1050. I just want to play at high settings with 60fps which i know the 960 can do at my res, but im not entirely sure about the r9 270. On the other hand i dont know if the i3 would hold back the 960. Please help.

Thanks, I was leaning more towards the i5 combo anyway. Thats also a sweet deal BUT its open box and I dont trust that brand, ill just get an asus r9 270 and possibly upgrade to the 300 series when they release.

you still get the warranty on the open box, and the brand is fine i have had many powercolor cards. In fact most up till now have been powercolor and never an issue.

Really? Huh might get it then. Although I only have a 500w PSU. ( its a evga 500b and its manufactured by superflower so its pretty good, got a nice review on johnny guru) I just dont know if it could handle a 280.
