I bought a new PC few months ago loaded with AMD FX6300, ASUS M5A97 R2.0 & 8 GB Corsair Vengeance series RAM, with it I bought ASUS AMD/ATI Radeon HD 5450 1 GB DDR3 Graphics Card which is not able to handle many of the games like NFS RUN, NFSMW2012, Crysis 2 at an average graphic settings

So anyone suggest me a better graphic card that can handle games like B4 & Rivals and some latest games too and as I'm a digital artist too i'd also like one that can work well with 4k Photoshop Images, Video editing and 3D stuff.

I've spent like 50k on this PC so can just go for 7 to 9k max.

and also i'd like to ask if i can run both my previous GPU(HD5450) and new GPU together?

Solution
You already have one or are going to get one? Either way it is a horrible psu. I highly recommend buying a quality psu even it is at the cost of graphic muscle.
I think we may need to revise your whole build -- see what changes we can make.

okay thanks, but i'm thinking to increase my budget a lil more, so can you tell me if it's worth? or 260X is enough for games like latest NFS series, FC4, crew, advance warfare etc.

I know its a horrible one but while making my pc i had a fixed budget, but anyways i'll tell you my build, do let me know what's good and whats worse. and if something is worse than suggest a good one to replace that and it'll be nice if its stays in budget!

FX 6300 Processor
ASUS M5A97 R2.0 Motherboard
Corsair Vengeance 8GB RAM
ASUS 1GB Radeon 5450 HD GPU
Zebronics 400W PSU
Western Digital 2TB HDD

There are 4 brands most recommended here on Tom's Hardware: Corsair, Antec, XFX and Seasonic. Seasonic is the obvious choice, but if not, Antec and Corsair are also good. XFX power supplies are not available in India.

Unlike Seasonic, which make their own power supplies, Corsair and Antec outsource this to other companies, such as CWT, Delta Electronics, FSP, Enhance Electronics, etc.

Corsair is good as long as their power supplies are made by reputed companies(like Seasonic or Flextronics). But for most power supplies sold in India, that is not the case. Especially for the CX and VS line of power supplies, made by CWT.

The Antec ones are made by Delta Electronics, which are better than CWT.

Look at this PSU tier list: http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html
There are five tiers. The higher the tier, the better the power supply(1 is highest, 5 is lowest). All common power supplies are listed there.

How much is that mobo costing you?
Also go for G.skill or Kingston RAM. Nothing wrong with corsair it is just that their heatsink is too big and may interfere with an after market cpu cooler.
As for the psu cst1992 is so right he cannot be more right. Corsair = not good.
Antec (at low price range) = good enough. Seasonic= very good.
I would suggest this = http://www.flipkart.com/seasonic-s12ii-520-watts-psu/p/itmd5xz5hzvzt9cx?pid=PSUD5XZ4KFH65H9E&otracker=from-search&srno=t_1&query=psu&ref=32bb0349-9eca-45d5-b213-6cde4c50f64b
(A tier 2 psu = very good)
As for the RAM = 2X http://www.flipkart.com/kingston-hyperx-fury-memory-ddr3-4-gb-pc-hx318c10f-4/p/itmdzmf7nf8jenug?pid=RAMDYWQZ22GHVBBP&otracker=from-search&srno=t_24&query=RAM&ref=e9d70a86-c8b4-48f8-b690-48f2536dbc85 (I have this RAM, works well)

As for the mobo If you an find the gigabyte 970 ud3p locally it would be great.

Well the mobo cost me abt 6k and i'd like to ask is there really any need to replace it?

And firstly i ordered hyper x but then i read so many reviews abt vengeance that its the best so i replaced it. now i'm thinking to buy a new 8gigs, should i stick to corsair or go for hyper x and does it effect the performance if all the rams are of same brand?

PSU is good i'll go for seasonic

The mobo for 6k is an excellent option. Go for it.
As for the psu you can nevervgo wrong with seasonic. You won't feel the difference between the corsair and kingston. I recommended kingston hyper x because
1) cheap
2) it will look great with the asus mobo.
3) somewhat low form factor.

Now only the cabinet is in the question.
