Ok, my choise of PC cases here is Serbia is fairly limited. CoolerMaster, Fractal Design, Antec, Silverstone, Thermaltake are pretty much it for my price range (around 65-70e)
My configuration includes:
i5 4570 with box cooler
Asus r9 270 OC edition
1 hdd, no ssd for now

Cases that I have in mind are :
1. Fractal Design Arc Midi R2 Solid side panel - 66euro
2.Antec GX 700 - 67e
3. Antec One - 57e
4.Thermaltake Urban S21 - 64e
5. Cooler Master Elite 430 RC-430-KWN1 - 57e

Every single one has good and bad sides, I just need some help to decide. Feel free to recommend any other case from above mentioned manufacturers if you think it is better, just dont forget that my budget is 70 euro max.

Solution
Fractal's Arc is just awesome. Great airflow fans which make minimal noise and add in the noise dampening material and you have a nice silent system.

Thank you, just one more thing about that case. I saw a lot of complaints about those stock fans, is it really that loud or are people just complaining for no reason :) ?

It's simply because they aren't the top tier fans found in their define series of cases. They're still decently quiet, it's just that they're not as optimized for silence as the standard silent series fans, which have rubber mounts instead of screws.

You can opt for different fans, such as Be Quiet's SilentWings fans, but they're quite expensive.
