I just recently got a new pc from a friend, after the formatting the audio wasn't working anymore, it says no driver is installed.
"Asus Rampage 3 Extreme Rog ( Intelx58)" is my motherboard
I tried installing the most recent one from Asus official website, it downloads normally, then it asks me to restart and when im on again it's like nothing ever happened, no trace of any audio driver.
I tried many things in the driver options, enabling and disabling automatic driver updates, tried windows updater and all i could find on troubleshooting of similar problems on forums.
Any help would be greatly appreciated : )
