I would change the PSU to an XFX XTR 650w and change the GPU to a Gigabyte,MSI 4G or Asus Strix 970. Apart from that it is quite a good build.

Archaic59 and Exoartie are right. Lose the Raidmax PSU.

A decent budget PSU is the Rosewill Hive or Capstone. Also, any on the list linked above are good PSU choices.

Everything else looks solid.

Because Raidmax doesn't make PSU's. They make paperweights that have the ability to catch your system on fire. Z97 anniversary is not a very suitable motherboard, for that CPU. Is only has 4 phase power, and does not support SLI.

The Z97 PC mate is not a good board either. It is in the same class as the Z97 anniversary. The Asrock Z97 extreme3 is the least expensive board I would recommend. I would build it something like this. Keep in mind that I do not include any mail in rebates, for build suggestions, so mine is going to look significantly higher.
