Hi,I would like to buy good graphics card for my PC.I wanted to use my PC to watch movies by connecting it to Full HDTV.My

Solution
If that is all you plan on doing then a good low power consumption card is the GTX 750ti. It will allow you to get into some gaming as well if you wanted. There are cheaper and comparable AMD GPUs out there and I'm sure someone will recommend one, but the reason I'm suggesting this one is because it uses less power than a lot of AMD cards and still puts out the rendering capabilities. Being that you're using an AMD platform I figured you would appreciate the lower power consumption. :)

If all you are doing is watching movies, pretty much any GPU with hardware HD decoding will do.

If you plan to do some gaming as well, I'll second jdcranke07's suggestion for a GTX 750. The regular 750 (non-ti) does not need external power yet still performs well. The ti needs external power but has very low power requirements.

Not all of the 750 TIs require an external power connector. The only ones that do are the ones with a bigger factory overclock. and/or bigger aftermarket cooler.

Thanks for the answer. Would this GPU support to watch 3D movies in my SONY 3D tv?

@Bignastyid: The EVGA GTX 750ti does not require an external power connection from the PSU. My sister just ordered one and I got to put it in her PC. :)

@OP: I'm not going to mislead you by saying yes because I don't know. But, I think the GPU will try to. Quality on the other hand might be a different story. Best case scenario, don't watch 3D movies lol. Or you could try it out to see. In general though I don't see why it couldn't being that it can render games. I would assume that if it can read the data being given by the 3D movie file then it should be able to project the movie as it should be.
