Overclocking i7 4790k and safe temperature under load and idle?

I recently overclocked my i7 4790k to 4.5ghz with a voltage of 1.190 volts, I ran prime95 for around 2 hour and OCCT for around an hour and had no crashes - can I deem this stable ?
Second question is my idle temperatures range from 30 to 40 degrees with core two always running 6-8 degrees hotter than the others.
Running OCCT my temperatures under load were between 65-75 degrees and around about the same from prime95.
Playing battlefield 4 for around an hour temperature were around 50- 60 degrees, also no crashes.
I have a h100i cooler, are these temperature suitable and safe for long term use and is there any chance I'm degrading my chip faster through voltage or temperatures?

Solution
That seems a little high for gaming, but no where near alarming.

Don't use OCCT for stress testing, it doesn't stress test hard enough. Uses Asus's Realbench software.

I have the same CPU and h100i cooler.

4.4Ghz @ 1.18v

Idle temp. 27-30c
gaming temp 49-52c
prime95 v26.6 72c peak after 30 min.
Ambient room temp 20-22c

I would say your temps are fine. Make sure to enable the power stepping option in BIOS. you will see lower idle temps and gaming temps.
