What are safe voltages for a 800 watt power suppy

I made a thread a few days ago and all was good but now i see my voltages are even higher now then before so ima post before and now pic. I want to make sure this psu is not going bad and whats the safe amount for it.

its not a name brand i don't think as i could not afford one so i just went with what they put in my pc its a cyber power pc the psu is apevia 800watt power supply which i know is bad from what i here but thats what they gave when i ordered sadly. so im wondering what i need to look out for as i am worryed on loseing my pc

Compare your minimums and maximums to what the ATX12V specs say is the allowed valid range. If any of your minimums fall below the minimums shown in the table or any of your maximums are higher than the maximums shown in the table then your PSU is out of spec and should be replaced immediately.

E.g. If your PSU's +12V rail falls below +11.40V or rises higher than +12.60V then the PSU's +12V rail is out of spec.

I don't what i understand what i am reading. Im not that good with computers

my +12v went up to 12.192v from 12.096v i just don't under stand what i am looking

im not gaming right now just use youtube

It is within the range of tolerance. Voltages will change during use of the computer. However, as I stated before, the Apevia power supply isn't very good, and i'd switch it out ASAP.
