[strike]I'd agree that it looks to be a mini-ITX board, but I've never seen one that long. Without specific dimensions, I wouldn't trust it to fit in a case with a mini-ITX motherboard tray.[/strike]

Looks to be a proprietary board that conforms to the Micro-ATX form factor (or at least the top half). The standard Micro-ATX motherboard has six holes for attaching to the motherboard tray. This one appears to only have the top four.
