My Potential Gaming Build; Will It Work?

Hi everyone. I've decided to build my own gaming rig, but this will be my first time. I was just wondering if someone could let me know if everything I've chosen is compatible.

CPU: Intel Core i5-4690K (3.9GHz)
GPU: EVGA Geforce GTX 960 2GB Superclocked
Motherboard: Asus Sabertooth Z97 Mark2
Power Supply: Cooler Master V750-750W
Ram: Corsair Vengence Blue DDR3 8GB (2x4GB)

Like I said, im pretty new to this. So any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

All the parts are compatible, but I think it needs more GPU to CPU

What's your country and budget? What monitor do you have?

Although you've selected one of the very few good PSUs that CM offers (the "V" series is Seasonic), a single GTX960 will run with plenty of margin on a good 500W PSU.
You can cut that down, and save some dough. If you have any interest in overclocking (or in quieter operation), put some of the savings into a CPU cooler from this list: http://www.tomshardware.com/faq/id-2478892/alternatives-hyper-212-evo-budget-cooling.html

Thanks everyone for the replies! I'll definitly look into a 500W power supply for the extra savings. Any suggestions on a good 500W? Im currently living in Canada, and my budget is around 1200$.

the Cooler Master V750 is not build by seasonic at all ...but by Enhance Electronics ...but still not to bad
i prefer the evga G2 serie

Hmmm, according to http://www.realhardtechx.com/index_archivos/Page364.htm you may be right; the VS is Enhance, but there is no 750W Seasonic-built "V;" looks like a discontinued Enhance. Interesting. Well, Enhance is hit or miss, but this is a Coolermaster, so it is probably a decent 650W PSU, but isn't really suitable to use at higher loads for extended periods.
