ASUS Desktop Build - Opinions Needed [FINAL EDITS]

Previously I had just an Intel i7-4790K, I have since now decided to spend a few extra dollars and do a few upgrades to help better my system and I have done extensive research, but opinions will be noted by anyone. Is this is a good build?

Just to add, not really planning to downgrade anything, if anything, not much. The build is within my budget..

I would recommend a SSD + HDD combination, no need to get 2x 128GB SSDs, there's no performance benefit from having multiple SSDs. If you get a WD Red hard drive or other 5400RPM HDD, it will be quite silent as well.

It's a complete waste of your money to get a single GPU (especially just a GTX 970) only with that processor and motherboard. Switch back to a Z97 and i7-4790K, and DDR3 RAM.

The money you save from going i7-4790K/Z97 is enough to get you another GTX 970.
