Hey could you guys tell me if these parts are compatible and any unnecessary things I can remove to lower the price. I am aiming for a 1080p gaming and recording setup. Here is the link: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/fftT3C
Also do I need a different motherboard to over clock or is the one that I have fine?
Thanks

I think I might overclock the fx-8350 so I don't know If 650w is enough. Also the i5 4660 does not have 8 cores but if it will improve my gaming, recording, and rendering performance then I will consider it
Thanks :)

650W is enough but that 750W is quite good for the price. It down to you if you want the XFX 650W or spend extra for the 750W.

Also sorry to bug you guys but what pc component would ensure the highest fps in a recording program like fraps because I want to make sure that I pool a little extra towards that component
Thanks

i5 4460 would be better for certain games if your budget can fit it.

The FX-8350 doesn't actually use the 8 powerful cores that you think it does. For less money you can roll with an i5-4460 that would give you better performance, Intel is usually the better performer for gaming.
